Hi! I’m Kayla— As a therapist with years of experience in pediatric mental health and development, I felt prepared for motherhood. I had worked with children and families in various roles, and after enduring fertility treatments and the waves of various emotions and coping that came with them, I was finally given this gift. I was ready. I was prepared—until I wasn’t.

Becoming a new mom was overwhelming. I was exhausted, felt alone, and struggled with the weight of everything I “should” be doing. As my children grew, that weight didn’t disappear—it shifted and still felt heavy. In trying to do it all “right”, I created more stress for myself. Anxiety thrives in isolation, and motherhood can be lonely. I understand the challenges, and I’m here to help you create the shifts you need to thrive in your journey.

I’ve created a community to help moms shift out of survival mode and into a life that feels intentional, thoughtful, and managable. Shifts come in many forms, and they’re all about creating a lifestyle that aligns with your true self—without the overwhelm.
